Accommodations

Living Out’s Wanderlust Program features selected one and two bedroom floor plans. At 1098 sq ft. our one bedroom units include one bedroom, one and one half baths, plus den.
Our two bedroom units are two bedrooms, two baths plus den and are 1488 sq ft. All units are tastefully appointed with upscale furnishings, flat screen T Vs, premium cookware, linens, bath accessories, etc.

Residents must meet the 55+ age requirement to live
Pricing for one bedroom units is based upon a maximum of two adults and for two bedroom units it is based upon a maximum of four adults
A security deposit will be required and will be refunded in full or in part based upon the condition of the unit upon departure
Children under the age of 18 may be on property when accompanied by the adult lease

Use of all of the amenities and services are included in the monthly rate. There are no additional charges for things like heating the pool, regular housekeeping services, use of the fitness center, daily continental breakfast, internet services, etc.
There is assigned, covered parking
