With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Richard has served as general manager of several prestigious resorts, and has worked with KOAR International’s leadership ( Paul Alanis and Loren Ostrow) on a number of their development projects. Richard oversees the day-to-day operation of Living Out, Palm Springs, ensuring the Residents receive a five star experience from all of the services and amenities provided to them.
