While it is difficult to put a price on the experience of Living Out, it is not so difficult to calculate the value included in our lease.

Living Out’s pricing is influenced by three factors-
apartment size, location, and view.

  • Our one bedroom/1.5 bath + den residences are 1098 square feet + outdoor spaces ranging from 7’x13’ to 14’x 28’
  • Our two bedroom/2 bath + den residences are 1488 square feet + outdoor spaces ranging from 7’x13’ to 22’x29’
  • Our two bedroom/2.5 bath + den residences range in size from 1642 square feet to 1831 square feet with outdoor spaces ranging in size from 6’ x 13’ to 17’ x 47’

Living Out is a three-story community and our pricing varies by floor. Our ground floor residences, because of having the largest outdoor areas (private patios and yards), are at the high end of the range; our third-floor residences, because of being on the top floor, are in the middle of the range; and our second floor residences are at the low end of the range.

Designed to provide every residence with a view, Living Out offers three primary options:

  • At the top of the price range, the West view looks directly into Palm Springs’ closest mountain range, the San Jacintos, and offers dramatic sunsets and unparalleled mountain vistas. 
  • The North view looks out over the pool, putting green, event lawns, bocce courts, and the majority of the property’s amenities, then off to the San Jacinto and San Gorgonio mountain ranges in the distance. This view falls in the middle of the price range.
  • The South/East view or sunrise view, looks out over the entry, courtyard, parking area, dog park, and retail space, then off to the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains in the distance. This view is at the low end of the price range.

  • All utilities, including WiFi and cable (the only things not included are your phone service and
    subscription services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
  • Daily continental breakfast
  • Weekly housekeeping service
  • Bi-annual deep cleaning service
  • Transportation to and from local venues
  • Consultation with fitness director to create and work your personalized program
  • Assigned covered parking
  • Both on site and virtual concierge services
  • Literally hundreds of activities designed by our onsite activities director

While we have not attempted to quantify the value of all our amenities, the chart below estimates the monthly value of the services included in the Living Out lease at more than $5,000.
